IT Professionals and the need for Fitness
You would have started to wonder why this strange topic has been chosen to discuss right ?
Ok! so let me ask you one thing have you ever wondered how much time you spend sitting idly in front of the computer to get your work done ? Be it programming or some other work relating to computers we all tend to sit continues long hours in front of systems to work on it.
I am a programmer myself and i was introduced to computers at my very young ages and i was lucky enough to know this beautiful piece of manly creation. But that’s not all i was so fanatic user of my computer that i have even managed to keep my self glued to system for 2 full days ! yes you heard it loud and clear dear 48hrs and the breaks were taken only for the most unavoidable tasks and you know what i mean right ;).
I used to keep it as advantage point of mine, yes i USED to, why ? it all began when i stared to go to a gym nearby my house. It was then i realised how weak i was internally, all my muscles and body did not obey my thought commands to do the exercises …. wow … and just imagine i am just 22
. hmm now things are getting way better and it took me 3 complete weeks to get my body kick start.
Now with my experience i front of you guys, i wish every fellow computer enthusiast to take at least 1hr daily exercise or God knows what all will happen to you once you crossed your 40s. If you dream of becoming anything in like 40s will be the time you will fully flourish into what you will be for rest of your like and i hope you wont be taking medicines for Blood Pressure or any other kinds of ailments.
This article was not to force you to do something but to WARN you because time is running and will not stop for anyone :).
Ah. and i forgot to tell you the icing on the cake, you can use this recession period to your advantage by spending maximum time to improve your heath for a better tomorrow.
So all the best for your healthy future.
